Chant the Chakra Bija Mantras

Chant these sounds out loud to activate the energy of the chakras in order to purify and balance the mind and body. Start at your root and move up to your crown. You can include the Bija Mantras in you Asana Practice or before Meditation. Spend a decent amount of time on each one and observe. If you are aware that you are out of balance in a particular charka we invite you to spend a little more time in this area.
